Jessica MacDonald is an EMDR trained therapist and registered social worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). She has a Masters of Social Work degree specializing in Health and Mental Health from the University of Toronto. 


Practice frameworks center around EMDR & Trauma, Mindfulness, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Attachment, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
