ABOUT. Jessica is a registered social worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). She has a Masters of Social Work degree specializing in Health and Mental Health from the University of Toronto.
Practice frameworks center around mindfulness, interpersonal neurobiology, attachment, CBT and trauma-based therapies. Jessica practices from an integrated and holistic approach to wellness that incorporates the mind-body connection, thought patterns, sleep, activity and the social environment.
